Instructions:

• Enter a PDB id, then press return. (Example: 1dxx, 1oem, etc) This will be dynamically loaded from RCSB. This will take 10 - 30 seconds
• Drag the protein to move it around
• Drag the scrollers on the left to scale and rotate the protein when it is loaded
• If you load 2 or more proteins you can compare them by dragging your mouse from one histogram and releasing over another histogram.
• Press '~' to lock/unlock the protein.
